Welcome to Happy Art Club, where creativity, colour, and confidence come together! Our fun and inspiring art classes are designed for children aged 6–12, offering a relaxed and supportive space to learn, explore, and express themselves through painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, and more.

We’re excited to announce that from January (Spring Term), classes will also be held at our new location at Art & Grind on Guildford High Street!

At Happy Art Club, we offer two types of creative sessions — each designed to spark imagination, build skills, and make art joyful for all:

🎨 Weekly Classes – Perfect for young artists who want to dive deeper into their creativity. Over each term, children work on a few projects, exploring new materials, techniques, and ideas while developing confidence and artistic skill.

🎨 Drop-ins – Our 1 or 1.5 hour pay-as-you-go sessions are great for kids who love to start and finish a project in one go! Each session features a new theme and a choice of creative projects — from clay and collage to painting, printmaking, and more.

From sculpture and printmaking to painting and mixed media, every session is full of imagination, discovery, and joyful mess-making. Whether your child is a budding artist or just loves to create, our small class sizes (max 8 children) ensure they get plenty of attention and encouragement.

Adult Classes

Our adult art classes are currently held at QE Park Centre in Guildford, with new sessions opening at Art & Grind on Guildford High Street in January.

Join our weekly classes to build your skills, unwind, and enjoy the creative process. Each week, you can continue developing your personal project or take part in the project of the week. Learn at your own pace — experiment, explore with gentle guidance, or simply relax and paint in a friendly, inspiring environment.
